About the job
Mogi I/O, a Delhi based video delivery SaaS venture, is looking for young and ambitious folks to join and contribute in the next phase of our growth by helping clients resolve their technical queries, and helping clients end-to-end in integration
Budget (CTC) – 3.5 – 4 Lakhs per annum
Qualification – Engineering Graduate
Joining – Immediate
Experience – 1 – 4 years in a technical support role.
Location – New Delhi (Delhi/NCR Candidates would be preferred) (In Office when it starts)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- First point of contact for clients regarding technical support queries
- Responsible for solving customer queries and tickets in a timely manner.
- Responsible for resolving all tickets raised by clients/customers
- Do the first troubleshoot, and the QA for any demo or live applications being launched
- Communicate with customer and internal team regarding problems reported and solved status in a timely and effective manner.
- Log monitoring, event monitoring and resolving tickets in defined SLA.
- Provide technical demos of our products to clients
- Provide support for installation, configuration and tech integration for clients
- Communicate effectively internally and with the product support team to reproduce, resolve support cases and document them.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Mandatory skill sets : Scrum, Web, Mobile App Testing
- Good to have skills : Jira, Knowledge of AWS, S3 buckets, Webhooks, API’s
- Developing and supporting the planning, design, and execution of test plans, test scripts, and process plans for projects.
- Analyze system specifications
- Executing test scripts and reviewing results
- Reporting and documenting technical issues

Mogi aims at empowering content companies to increase their customer experience through improved quality, improve customer engagement and reduce churn, while massively decreasing the streaming and storage costs.
Mogi I/O (www.mogiio.com), a Delhi based video delivery SaaS venture, is looking for energetic and target oriented interns to join and contribute in the next phase of our growth and to help the core team standardise sales processes.
Ideal Candidate – 1-3 with experience in direct sales/inside sales, preferably in a B2B role
Type – Full Time
Compensation – 3 – 3.5 LPA
The ideal candidate should –
Be able to work in a small team with less supervision
Be able to generate quality leads in-line with the Go-To-Market Strategy
Be a High energy go-getter with attention to detail
Assist the core team in analysing potential segments and use cases for our offerings
Understand the technical offerings quickly and suggest effective pitch decks
Assist in strategizing content for blogs inline with our GTM strategy
